This "Preliminary Information Form" has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services to be purchased. The acceptance of the distance sales contract by the BUYER implies that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information provided in this form.

Right of Withdrawal Contact Information
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period for the return of the goods subject to the contract, the BUYER must follow the steps below. The SELLER may additionally request the BUYER to fill out a Right of Withdrawal Form.
- The BUYER must notify the SELLER of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal through one of the communication methods (phone, e-mail, etc.) specified in Article 1.1 of this form.
- The goods to be returned must be sent via the cargo company specified by the SELLER, along with the original box/packaging and invoice.
- The return shipping cost resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belongs to the SELLER.
- Refunds made within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be issued using the same payment method used by the BUYER during the initial purchase.
2. Subject
This distance sales contract is established between the SELLER and the BUYER to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014, No. 29188, regarding the sale and delivery of the products specified below.
3. Contractual Provisions
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
3.1.1 Calculation of the Withdrawal Period
- In service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established.
- In contracts for the delivery of goods, the period starts on the day the consumer receives the goods.
- The consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before the delivery of the goods.
- If multiple products ordered in a single order are delivered on different days, the period starts on the day the last product is delivered.
- In contracts for regular delivery of goods, the period starts on the day of the first delivery.
3.1.2 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Applicable
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following goods and services:
b) Goods produced specifically according to the consumer's requests,
c) Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
ç) Goods whose protective elements (packaging) have been opened and are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons,
d) Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated,
e) Books, digital content, software, and computer consumables provided in physical form whose packaging has been opened,
f) Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription agreement,
g) Services related to accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, or leisure, which must be provided on a specific date,
ğ) Services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly,
h) Services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
3.2 Competent Authority in Case of Disputes
In case of disputes, Consumer Courts or Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the place of the SELLER's commercial address are authorized.
