1. Preliminary Information Form
This “Preliminary Information Form” has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services they intend to purchase.
The BUYER’s approval of the distance sales contract signifies that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information provided in this form.
By confirming this agreement, the BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT (including VAT) specified in the contract for the relevant goods or services.

Right of Withdrawal – Contact Information
If the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal within the legal time period, the BUYER must follow the steps below.
The SELLER may additionally request that the BUYER fill out a Withdrawal Request Form.

The BUYER must notify the SELLER by telephone, e-mail, or fax using the contact details stated in section 1.1.

The product must be returned in its original box/packaging, together with the invoice, using the shipping company designated by the SELLER.

Shipping costs arising due to the use of the withdrawal right are borne by the SELLER.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used by the BUYER.
2. Subject of the Contract
This distance sales contract has been prepared between the SELLER and the BUYER in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 on 27 November 2014, for the purpose of determining the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below.
3. Contract Provisions
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
3.1.1 Calculation of the Withdrawal Period

For service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded.

For contracts involving delivery of goods, it begins on the date the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.

The consumer may exercise the withdrawal right even before receiving the goods.

If multiple items from a single order are delivered at different times, the period begins on the date the last item is received.

For regularly delivered goods, the period begins on the first delivery date.
3.1.2 Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
a) Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the seller’s control,
b) Goods produced in line with the consumer’s personal requests or customization,
c) Goods that may perish quickly or have an expired shelf life,
ç) Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons,
d) Goods which, after delivery, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated,
e) Books, digital content, software, or computer consumables whose packaging has been opened,
f) Non-subscription-based newspapers or magazines,
g) Services such as accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, or leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date,
ğ) Services that are instantly provided electronically or digital products delivered instantly,
h) Services that have begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires.
3.2 Competent Authority in Case of Dispute
In the event of any dispute, the Consumer Courts or Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the city where the SELLER’s business address is registered shall have jurisdiction.
