PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FORM
1. Parties
This “Pre-Contractual Information Form” has been prepared to inform the BUYER about the goods or services they intend to purchase.
The BUYER’s approval of the distance sales contract signifies that the BUYER has read, understood, and accepted the information contained in this form.
By confirming this agreement, the BUYER agrees and undertakes to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT (including VAT) specified in the contract for the relevant goods or services.

Right of Withdrawal – Contact Information
If the BUYER exercises the right of withdrawal within the legal period, the following steps must be followed.
The SELLER may additionally require the BUYER to fill out a Withdrawal Form.

The BUYER must notify the SELLER via telephone, e-mail, or fax (as indicated in Section 1.1) regarding their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The BUYER must return the product in its original packaging, together with its invoice, using the shipping company designated by the SELLER.
Shipping costs arising from the use of the withdrawal right shall be borne by the SELLER. -
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the BUYER during the original purchase.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This distance sales contract has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette on 27 November 2014, to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products listed below.
3. Contractual Provisions
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
3.1.1 Calculation of the Withdrawal Period

For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the date the contract is concluded.

For contracts involving delivery of goods, the period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.

If multiple goods in a single order are delivered at different times, the period begins on the day the last item is received.

For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods, the period begins on the day the first item is received.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal even before receiving the goods.
3.1.2 Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
a) Goods whose prices fluctuate depending on financial market conditions,
b) Goods prepared in line with the consumer’s personal requests or customization,
c) Goods that may perish quickly or whose expiration date may pass,
ç) Goods whose packaging or seal has been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons,
d) Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature,
e) Books, digital content, or computer consumables whose packaging has been opened after delivery,
f) Periodicals such as newspapers or magazines (excluding subscription agreements),
g) Services related to accommodation, transportation, car rental, catering, or leisure activities that must be performed on a specific date or period,
ğ) Services instantly provided in electronic form,
h) Services that begin with the consumer’s explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
3.2 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the Consumer Courts or Consumer Arbitration Committees located in the city of the SELLER’s registered business address shall have jurisdiction.
